Hailey Curran

Hailey Curran serves as a Commercial Closing Attorney, bringing more than a decade of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.
Hailey graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2015. Upon graduation, she began her legal career at a Dallas-based law firm representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of a wide range of real estate assets. In 2017, Hailey transitioned into the title industry, joining Stewart Title as a commercial attorney closer, where she handled high-liability transactions across multiple asset classes. She later joined Commonwealth Title’s Commercial Division in 2023.
Since entering the title industry, Hailey has closed more than $2 billion in high-liability, multi-site and multi-state commercial real estate transactions. Her notable closings include a 17-property retail portfolio, a $120 million three-site multifamily construction project, and a $160 million office building transaction. Hailey regularly closes complex transactions across nearly every asset class, including multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use developments.
With over ten years of experience navigating the intricacies of commercial real estate, Hailey has built a reputation for guiding even the most complex transactions to a successful close. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time with her wife and their three children. Together, they love to travel, hike, and spend as much time as possible exploring the outdoors.
