Commercial Business Development Officer Job Description, Function and Responsibilities
NOTE: Responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to the following:
- Developing and cultivating new clients and business opportunities for sale of title insurance and related products nationwide
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop referral sources
- Provide marketing and event coordination support
- Assist with the development of marketing programs and implement respectively
- Work closely with Commercial Escrow team to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend events and functions geared towards networking and business development
- Create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- Must have a substantial and transferable book of business with an active network of contacts
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Robust critical thinking and analytical skills
- Sales and marketing experience
- Understanding of basic title and escrow services and real estate transactions
